The apartment had been a flower shopwhich was completely renovated in 2012 and converted into a large, bright 60m2 apartment.
She is very quiet, very bright with loft-like atmosphere (with 3.5m ceiling height) and in summer pleasantly tempered (thanks to 2 awnings and a ceiling fan).
In our loft there is a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and a walk-in closet.
In the living room there is a daybedwhich offers up to 2 additional people a comfortable (with real mattresses, NO sofa bed) overnight accommodation.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with induction cooker and dishwasher, refrigerator, an espresso machine as well as a filter machine, toaster, microwave and much more.
The dining area is generously planned and furnished with designer furniture from the Spanish label Amat 3.
In order to be able to taste the quality of good Austrian wines, also fitting wine glasses are available.
In addition, there is sufficient reading material related to Vienna, Vienna travel guide books in several languages, city maps and current exhibition brochures.
The WLAN is cable-based and super fast :-) The TV monitor has free HDMI inputs and the soundbar can be connected with Bluetooth.
